      介绍12.00R20和13R22.5有无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎协同设计开发。通过有无内胎等效规格产品共用轮廓设计,实现两等效规格产品的协同设计开发,并保持或提升轮廓共用后两产品的性能。通过协同开发设计,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准及相应设计要求,有效节约了开发成本及资源投入。在生产过程中,仅通过调整胎圈卡盘即可实现两有无内胎等效规格产品的生产切换,提升换模及生产效率。
英文摘要:
      The collaborative design and development of 12.00R20 and 13R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tires with or without tube were introduced.By sharing the contour design of equivalent specification products with or without tube,collaborative design and development of two equivalent specification products could be achieved,while maintaining or improving the performance of the two products after contour sharing. Through collaborative development and design,the inflated outer dimension,strength performance,and durability performance of the finished tire met national standards and corresponding design requirements,effectively saving development costs and resource investment.During the production process,it was possible to switch between two equivalent specifications of products with or without tube by adjusting the bead chuck,which could improve mold replacement and production efficiency.
