      介绍超大吨位全地面起重机用605/80R25无内胎全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 615 mm,断面宽 605 mm,行驶面宽度 525 mm,行驶面弧度高 16 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 500 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.90,采用E-2块状花纹,花纹深度 25 mm,花纹饱和度 60%,花纹周节数 42。施工设计:采用胎面胶和基部胶双层胎面缠绕工艺设计,1#—3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用4×6×0.25HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法四鼓成型机成型、单模热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和耐久性能均符合国家标准和企业标准要求。实际装车测试结果表明轮胎的耐磨性能和负荷能力等满足技术要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 605/80R25 tubeless all-steel off-the-road radial tire for super-large tonnage all-terrain crane was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 615 mm,cross-sectional width 605 mm,width of running surface 525 mm,arc height of running surface 16 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm,bead width at rim seat 500 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.90,using E-2 block pattern,pattern depth 25 mm,block/total ratio 60%,and number of pattern pitches 42.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using tread compound/base compound double-tread winding process,3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,4×6×0.25HE steel cord for 4# belt,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using one-stage four-drum building machine to build tire,and single mode hot plate curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimention and endurance both met the requirements of national standards and enterprise standards.The actual loading test showed that the tire wear resistance and load met the technical requirements.
