      以255/50R19全防爆轮胎为研究对象,运用正交试验法,分析7个结构因子对全防爆轮胎接地特性和刚度的影响。结果表明:带束层角度和三角胶高度对全防爆轮胎的接地特性、静态刚度和侧偏刚度具有显著影响,是优化全防爆轮胎性能时优先考量的因素;增大三角胶高度、带束层宽度、带束层帘线整体强度和减小带束层角度,能够有效提升全防爆轮胎的整体刚度。
英文摘要:
      Taking the 255/50R19 safety-comfort run-flat tire as the research object,this study employed the orthogonal experiment method to conduct the analysis of the influence of seven structural factors on the grounding characteristics and stiffness of safety-comfort run-flat tires.The results indicated that the belt angle and apex height significantly affected the grounding characteristics,static stiffness and lateral stiffness of safety-comfort run-flat tires,making them priority factors for optimizing tire performance.That increasing the apex height,the belt width,the overall strength of the belt cord and reducing the belt angle,could effectively improve the overall stiffness of safety-comfort run-flat tires.
