      针对航空斜交轮胎胎体骨架材料的精确模拟及其应用展开研究,以胎体骨架材料为对象,通过建立有限元模型,提出分段设定帘线角度的精确模拟方法,解决传统仿真模拟中以胎冠帘线角度替代整个帘线角度导致的偏差问题。以480×170-240航空斜交轮胎为例,在充气断面宽方面,精确模拟模型仿真值与实测值的偏差仅为0.3%,显著小于常规模型3.5%的偏差,精确模拟模型能有效提升模拟精度,为航空斜交轮胎优化设计、缩短研发周期及降低研发成本提供可靠依据。
英文摘要:
      The research was conducted on the accurate simulation of the carcass skeleton material for aviation bias tire and its application.Taking the carcass skeleton material as the object,the accurate simulation method for segmented setting of cord angles was proposed by establishing a finite element model,which solved the deviation problem caused by replacing the entire cord angle with the crown cord angle in traditional simulation.Taking the 480×170-240 aviation bias tire as an example,the deviation between the simulated and measured values of the accurate simulation model in terms of inflated cross-section width was only 0.3%,significantly smaller than the 3.5% deviation of the conventional model.Accurate simulation model could effectively improve simulation accuracy,and provide reliable basis for optimizing design,shortening development cycle and reducing development cost of aviation bias tire.
