| 介绍IF600/70R30高屈挠性农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 599 mm，断面宽 604 mm，行驶面宽度 572 mm，行驶面弧度高 32 mm，胎圈着合直径 763 mm，胎圈着合宽度 548 mm，断面水平轴位置（ H1/H2 ） 0.75，花纹深度 55 mm，花纹饱和度 26%，花纹周节数 20。施工设计：胎面采用冷喂料挤出机挤出，胎体采用3层1670dtex/2聚酯帘布，带束层采用4层1670dtex/3聚酯帘布，钢丝圈采用直径为0.96 mm的高强度钢丝，采用二次法成型机成型、活络模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准及相应设计要求。 |

| The design of IF600/70R30 high flexibility agricultural radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 599 mm，cross-section width 604 mm，width of running surface 572 mm，arc height of running surface 32 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 763 mm，bead width at rim seat 548 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（ H1/H2 ） 0.75，pattern depth 55 mm，block/total ratio 26%，and number of pattern pitches 20.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：the tread was extruded using a cold feeding extruder，three-layer of 1670dtex/2 polyester ply for carcass，four-layer of 1670dtex/3 polyester ply for belt，and high-strength steel wire with a diameter of 0.96 mm for steel wire ring，using two stage building machine to build tire，and segmented mold curing press to cure tire.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension，physical properties and durability of the tires all met the requirements of national standards and corresponding design. |
