| 介绍195/85R16LT半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 736 mm，断面宽 189 mm，行驶面宽度 147 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.19 mm，胎圈着合直径 403.8 mm，胎圈着合宽度 165.1 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.52，花纹采用3条纵向主沟、半封闭胎肩和加强筋、中心V形花纹块及变节距设计，花纹深度 9.5 mm，花纹饱和度 73.5%，花纹周节数 74。施工设计：胎面胶采用高性能低滚动阻力配方，胎体采用2层1350dtex/2高强度聚酯帘布，带束层采用2层2＋2×0.35ST钢丝帘布，冠带层采用1层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、胎圈强度、高速性能、耐久性能、滚动阻力及噪声均满足国家标准及汽车主机厂要求，整车测试表现得到汽车主机厂认可。 |

| The design of 195/85R16LT steel-belted radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 736 mm,cross-sectional width 189 mm，width of running surface 147 mm，arc height of running sruface 7.19 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 403.8 mm，bead width at rim seat 165.1 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.52，three longitudinal main grooves，semi-enclosed shoulder and reinforcing ribs，central V-shaped pattern blocks，and variable pitch for pattern design，pattern depth 9.5 mm，block/total ratio 73.5%，and number of pattern pitches 74.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：high-performance low rolling resistance formula for tread compound，2 layers of 1350dtex/2 high-strength polyester cord for carcass，2 layers of 2＋2×0.35ST steel cord for belt，and 1 layer of 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for cap-ply layer.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，bead strength，high-speed performance，durability，rolling resistance，and noise of the tire met the requirements of national standards and the auto maker.The overall vehicle testing performance was recognized by the auto maker. |
