      试验研究静音棉尺寸对轮胎噪声的影响。结果表明:随着静音棉在轮胎空腔中的体积占比(简称体积占比))的增大,轮胎的噪声下降;静音棉体积占比为20%~30%时,其降噪效果较佳;当静音棉体积占比超过40%时,其对轮胎的噪声的影响显著减弱,尤其是在车速较高或路面粗糙程度增大的情况下,轮胎的噪声的变化幅度更加有限。本研究为静音棉轮胎的优化设计提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the acoustic foam dimension on the noise of the tire was experimental studied.The results indicated that as the volume proportion of the acoustic foam in the tire cavity (referred to as the volume proportion) increased,the noise of the tire decreased.When the volume proportion of the acoustic foam was 20%~30%,its noise reduction effect was better.When the volume proportion of the acoustic foam exceeded 40%,its impact on the noise of the tire was significantly reduced,especially at higher vehicle speed or increased road roughness,the viriation amplitude of the noise of the tire was more limited.This study provided a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the acoustic foam tire.
