| 研究进口乳聚丁苯橡胶（ESBR）1502在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明：与国产ESBR1502相比，进口ESBR1502的苯乙烯含量和相对分子质量等微观结构存在明显差异；在工程机械轮胎胎面胶中，进口ESBR1502胶料的Fmax、定伸应力和拉伸强度减小，耐磨性能下降，60 ℃时的损耗因子增大；在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中，进口ESBR1502胶料的各项性能基本相当，其可以等量替代国产SBR1502，以降低采购成本。 |

| The application of imported styrene-butadiene rubber（ESBR）1502 in the tread compounds of tires was investigated.The results showed that compared with domestic ESBR1502，imported ESBR1502 exhibited significant differences in microscopic structure，such as styrene content and relative molecular weight.In the tread compound of off-the-road tire，the Fmax，modulus and tensile strength of imported ESBR1502 compound decreased，the wear resistance reduced and the loss factor at 60 ℃ increased.In the tread
compound of steel-belted radial tire，the various properties of imported ESBR1502 compound were basically equivalent and it could replace domestic ESBR1502 in equivalent substitution to reduce procurement costs. |
