      研究半钢子午线轮胎硫化过程对径向力偏差(RFV)的影响。通过数据统计分析,确定同一台成型机生产的胎坯在不同硫化机中硫化的轮胎RFV存在差异;通过试验验证了硫化机械手与中心机构同心度偏差和硫化投胎高度偏差对轮胎RFV的影响,即随着硫化机械手与中心机构同心度偏差或投胎高度偏差的减小,轮胎RFV平均值减小。
英文摘要:
      The influence of steel-belted radial tire vulcanization process on the radial force variation(RFV)was studied.Through data statistical analysis,it was determined that there were differences in tire RFV among vulcanized tires produced by the same molding machine across different vulcanizing machines. Experimental verification confirmed that the impact of the concentricity variation between the vulcanizing robotic arm and the central mechanism,as well as the vulcanizing mold placement height variation on tire RFV,namely,as the concentricity variation or mold placement height variation decreased,the average tire RFV value also decreased.
