      缺气保用轮胎均匀性的提升方法主要包括结构设计时对支撑胶尺寸、上下端点位置及形状进行优化;在生产工艺方面对支撑胶的卷曲、贴合过程等进行优化,采用阶梯张力的支撑胶卷曲方式和差速贴合的成型方法。采用上述方法批量生产缺气保用轮胎并进行均匀性验证,结果表明轮胎均匀性明显提升。
英文摘要:
      The methods for improving the uniformity of run-flat tires primarily included optimizing the supporting compound dimensions,upper and lower end positions,and shapes of the supporting compound during structure design,optimizing the curling and lamination processes of the supporting compound in production techniques,employing a stepwise tension supporting compound curling method and differential lamination molding approach.Using these methods,run-flat tires were mass-produced and tested for uniformity,and the results showed that the uniformity of tires improved significantly.
