分析轮胎成型机的基本结构和工作原理,确定影响成型机精度的关键因素,探讨现有校准方法的优缺点,提出改进校准方案,并通过试验验证改进后的校准方法的有效性和可行性。结果表明,通过增加基准板及基准线、定期进行平行度、垂直度和同心度校验等措施,可以有效提高成型机的精度和稳定性。此外,利用精密测量仪器进行机械调整,可以显著提高灯标定位的精度和稳定性。 |

The basic structure and working principle of the tire building machine were analyzed,the key factors affecting the accuracy of the building machine were determined,the advantages and disadvantages of existing calibration methods were explored,an improved calibration plan was proposed,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved calibration method were verified through experiments.The results indicated that measures such as adding reference plates and lines,regularly verifying parallelism,perpendicularity and concentricity could effectively improve the accuracy and stability of the building machine.In addition,using precision measuring instruments for mechanical adjustment could significantly improve the accuracy and stability of lamp positioning. |
