| 研究轮胎胎冠半成品部件挤出生产线预冷却形式对轮胎质量的影响。结果表明:冷水喷淋式和浸入冷水式预冷却装置的成本分别为冷风式预冷却装置成本的2.75和4倍;与冷风式和冷水喷淋式相比,采用浸入冷水式冷却的半成品部件部件的气孔率更低,稳定性和表面粘性更好,挤出速度更快,可使轮胎胎冠合格率提升7.92%。 |

| The influence of pre cooling forms in semi-finished conponents extrusion production line of tire crown on tire quality was studied.The results showed that the costs of cold water spray and immersion cold water pre cooling devices were 2.75 and 4 times higher than that of cold air pre cooling devices,respectively.Compared with cold air and cold water spray cooling,semi-finished conponents cooled by immersion cold water had lower porosity,better stability and surface viscosity,and faster extrusion speed,and it could make the tire crown qualification rate increase by 7.92% as well as production efficiency increase by 16.89%. |
