| 研究串联密炼机生产白炭黑胶料的性能和生产效率。结果表明:与采用传统单机密炼机混炼工艺相比,采用串联密炼机混炼工艺可使胶料的加工性能改善,加工安全性提高,Payne效应降低,拉伸性能、撕裂强度和抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力下降;可以减少混炼段数,大幅提升生产效率。 |

| The compounds properties and production efficiency of producing silica compounds using tandem internal mixers was studied.The results indicated that compared to the conventional single internal mixer mixing process,the tandem internal mixer mixing process could improve the processability of the compound,enhance processing safety,reduce the Payne effect,and increase tensile properties,tear strength and wet skid resistance while lowering rolling resistance.Additionally,it could reduce the number of mixing stages,so that significantly boosting production efficiency. |
