| 因花纹、规格种类繁多，使半钢子午线轮胎半成品部件的数量和种类也很多。为减轻生产负担，降低生产复杂度，提高生产效率，对轮胎半成品部件进行整合及取消部分非标准部件。对胎侧、钢丝帘布和胎体帘布的宽度和种类进行集中规范整合后，半成品部件数量明显减少，在规格、花纹不断更新的同时保证半成品部件种类及数量的稳定性。本工作可为后续进一步减少轮胎半成品部件数量工作提供参考。 |

| Due to the wide variety of patterns and specifications，the quantity and types of semi-finished components for steel-belted radial tires were also extensive.To alleviate production burdens，reduce complexity，and enhance efficiency，the semi-finished components of tire were integrated，and certain non-standard parts were eliminated.By standardizing the widths and types of sidewalls，steel cord and carcass cord，the number of semi-finished components was significantly decreased，which could ensure stability in component types and quantities while continuously updating specifications and patterns.This work could provide a reference for further reducing the number of semi-finished components of tire in the future. |
