| The tire sidewall bulge detection equipment and its application were introduced.This device utilized data preprocessing，feature extraction and bulge detection algorithms to detect and identify tire sidewall bulges.It collected height datum using a line laser，filtered height datum，and calculated local height differences.By comparing the baseline height of the sidewall surface，height anomalies that exceeded the threshold were identified as bulge positions，greatly improving detection efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of sidewall bulge detection. |
