介绍拖车用245/70R17.5 HF252低扁平全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 783 mm,断面宽 244 mm,行驶面宽度 218 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 444.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 190.5 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.045,花纹深度 13.5 mm,花纹饱和度 82.6%,花纹周节数 69。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶、基部胶和过渡层胶复合设计,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225ST钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层,1#—3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、接地印痕、强度性能、耐久性能、使用寿命和耐磨性能均符合国家或企业标准及设计要求。 |

The design of 245/70R17.5 HF252 low flat all-steel truck and bus radial tire for trailer was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 783 mm,cross-sectional width 244 mm,width of running surface 218 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 444.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 190.5 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.045,pattern depth 13.5 mm,block/total ratio 82.6% and number of pattern pitches 69.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:the tread adopted composite design of tread compound,base compound and transition layer compound,using 3×0.24+9×0.225ST steel cord for carcass,using 4 layers of belts,using 3×0.20+6×0.35ST steel cord for 1#—3# belts,using 5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt,and using one-time building machine to build tires and the hot plate press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension,contact print,strength,durability,service life and wear resistance of the tire all met the requirements of national or enterprise standards and design. |
