      以255/50R19 107V轮胎为例,研究胎体采用人造丝帘线和聚酯帘线对缺气保用轿车轮胎性能的影响,探讨缺气保用轿车轮胎胎体采用人造丝帘线的优缺点。结果表明:与聚酯帘线轮胎相比,人造丝帘线轮胎的质量和滚动阻力减小,强度性能、高速性能、耐久性能、操控性能和舒适性提高,但接地印痕面积略小,平均接地压力略大,制动性能略差。
英文摘要:
      Taking 255/50R19 107V tire as an example,the effect of using synthetic silk cord and polyester cords in the carcass on the performance of run-flat passenger car tire was studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of using synthetic silk cords in carcass of run-flat passenger car tire were explored.The results showed that compared with polyester cord tire,synthetic silk cord tire had reduced mass and rolling resistance,improved strength performance,high-speed performance,durability,handling performance and comfort,but slightly smaller footprint area,slightly higher average ground pressure and slightly poorer brake performance.
