| 通过对12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈的损坏形式进行分析,对胎圈部位材料分布进行若干方案的优化设计,并采用仿真分析和室内试验等手段进行验证,得到优化方案为适当减小钢丝包布内端点高度,同时增大硬三角胶底座高度。采用优化方案胎圈的耐久性能提高。 |

| By analyzing the damage patterns of the bead area in 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire,several optimization designs were proposed for the material distribution in the bead region.Verification was conducted through simulation analysis and laboratory tests,leading to the conclusion that the optimized design was as follows,appropriately reducing the inner end height of the steel wire wrapping and increasing the height of the hard triangular rubber base.The durability of the tire bead was improved by adopting an optimization design. |
