为了减小半钢轿车子午线轮胎胎冠与胎肩部位纤维冠带层的张力差异,设计带有特定曲率的带束层(冠带层)贴合鼓,并研究其对轮胎性能的贡献。结果表明:采用带有一定曲率的贴合鼓可使轮胎接地印痕形状由矩形向椭圆形转变,降低胎肩部位的接地压力,改善轮胎的高速性能,同时使轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能、滚动阻力和六分力基本保持不变。 |

In order to reduce the tension difference of the fiber crown layer between at crown and at shoulder of the steel-belted passenger car radial tire,a belt(crown layer) fitting drum with a specific curvature was designed,and its contribution to tire performance was studied.The results showed that using the fitting drum with a certain curvature could transform the shape of the tire footproint from rectangular to elliptical,reduce the contact pressure at the shoulder,improve the high-speed performance of the tire,and maintain the peripheral dimension,strength,durability,rolling resistance and six component force of the tire basically unchanged. |
