      介绍245/70R19.5新能源公交车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 843 mm,断面宽 250 mm,行驶面宽度 208 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 493.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.958,胎面采用4条纵向直沟花纹设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹饱和度 76%,花纹周节数 66。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,使用高耐磨胎面胶配合低生热基部胶,1#—3#带束层使用2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层使用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,胎体使用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求。

      The design of 245/70R19.5 new energy bus tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 843 mm,cross-section width 250 mm,width of running surface 208 mm,arc height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.958,adopting a design with four longitudinal straight grooves,pattern depth 15 mm,block total ratio 76%,and number of pattern pitches 66.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting a fully layered design for tread,using high wear-resistant tread compound combined with low heat build-up base compound,2+7×0.30ST steel cord for 1#—3#belts,5× 0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,using three drum one-stage building machine to build tires and hot plate vulcanizing machine to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of national standards.
