      主要从模具方面分析轮胎硫化胶边产生的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。通过采取检查修理模具的各配合面以去除高点和粘附物、清除花纹块背面的粘附物和重新组装模具使花纹块串动均匀、适当减小侧板的外直径、适当增大预加载高度和调低合模力、修整硫化机热板、排除上侧板与上盖连接处的杂物或磕碰高点、更换磨损严重的上盖闭模耐磨板和配套型腔及修理导环等措施,模具安装一次合格率大幅提高,生产效率和产品质量得到有效提升。
英文摘要:
      The causes for vulcanization rubber edge problem of tire were mainly analyzed from the perspective of molds,and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed.By taking the measures such as inspecting and repairing the various mating surfaces of the mold to remove high points and adhesives,removing the adhesive on the back of the pattern block and reassembling the mold to ensure even movement of the pattern block,reducing the overall diameter of the side panel appropriately,increasing the preload height and decreasing the clamping force appropriately,repairing the hot plate of the vulcanizing press,eliminating the debris or high points of collision at the connection between the upper side panel and the upper cover,replacing the severely worn wear-resistant plate of upper cover for closed mold and the matching cavity,and repairing guide rings,the first-time pass rate of mold installation was significantly increased,resulting in effective improvements in production efficiency and product quality.
