      采用气相色谱-质谱联用、傅里叶转换红外光谱和热重分析方法,建立橡胶防老剂BLE-W的定性定量方法。试验结果证明:所建立的定性方法准确;BLE的定量结果与抽提法的相对偏差小于1%,BLE、碳酸钙和白炭黑含量测试的相对标准偏差(重复6次)分别为0.32%,3.8%和0.38%,均小于4%,精度高,结果满意,可以有效地对入厂的防老剂BLE-W进行质量控制。
英文摘要:
      Taking gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis method,a qualitative and quantitative method for rubber antioxidant BLE-W was established.The test results showed that the established qualitative method was accurate.The relatively deviation between quantitative results of BLE and the extraction method was below 1%.The relative standard deviations(repeated 6 times) of BLE,calcium carbonate,and white carbon black content tests were 0.32%,3.8%,and 0.38%,respectively,all less than 4%.The accuracy was high and the results were satisfactory,which could effectively control the quality of the incoming antioxidant BLE-W.
