      利用Hypermesh和Abaqus软件对12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎进行胶囊定型仿真分析。结果表明:定型压力对胶囊伸展及使用寿命呈正相关影响,通过仿真可以直观地看到胶囊定型效果;定型高度对胶囊根部与胎坯贴合呈正相关的影响,当胶囊在定型压力下已经与胎坯大部分贴合后,适当降低定型高度有利于排除胶囊与胎坯间的空气,使胶囊进一步与胎坯完全贴合。有限元仿真分析可为轮胎硫化工艺优化提供理论指导。
英文摘要:
      Using Hypermesh and Abaqus software,the capsule shaping simulation analysis on 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was conducted.The results indicated that the shaping pressure had a positive correlation with the extension and service life of the capsule,and the shaping effect of the capsule could be visually observed through simulation.The shaping height had a positive correlation with the fitting between the capsule root and the green tire.When the capsule had already fitteded to most of the green tire under shaping pressure,appropriately reducing the shaping height was beneficial for eliminating the air between the capsule and the green tire,allowing the capsule to further fit completely to the green tire.Finite element simulation analysis could provide theoretical guidance for optimizing tire vulcanization processes.
