      研究炭黑W31在半钢子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,与炭黑N234填充的胶料对比,炭黑W31填充的胶料的Payne效应小,回弹值增大,压缩温升和滚动阻力降低,且胶料在小应变下定伸应力低、大应变下定伸应力高。与炭黑N234和高分散性白炭黑并用补强的生产配方胶料相比,仅添加炭黑W31的试验配方胶料的滚动阻力低;试验轮胎的使用寿命延长,燃油消耗降低,可有效提升成品轮胎的竞争力。
英文摘要:
      The application of carbon black W31 in steel-belted radial tires was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound filled with carbon black N234,the Payne effect of the compound filled with carbon black W31 was the smaller,the rebound value was increased,the compression temperature rise and the rolling resistance was lower,and the compound had low modulus under small strain and high modulus under large strain.Compared with the production formula reinforced with carbon black N234 and highly dispersed silica,the experimental formula compound with only carbon black W31 added had better lower rolling resistance.The service life of test formula finished tires was extended,fuel consumption were reduced,so that the competitiveness of finished tires could be effectively improved.
