      研究低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)在高用量白炭黑胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与高顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(BR9000)相比,LCBR的微观结构明显不同,玻璃化温度升高12 ℃;LCBR等量替代BR9000后,胶料的门尼粘度略有升高,加工性能略差,物理性能基本相当,动态力学性能明显提升,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of low cis-polybutadiene rubber(LCBR) in tread compound with high dosage silica was studied.The results showed that,compared with high cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR9000),the microstructure of LCBR was significantly different,with a glass transition temperature increase of 12 ℃.After replacing BR9000 with LCBR,the Mooney viscosity of compound slightly increased,the processing performance was slightly worse,the physical properties were basically equivalent,and the dynamic mechanical properties were significantly improved.
