The application of low cis-polybutadiene rubber(LCBR) in tread compound with high dosage silica was studied.The results showed that,compared with high cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR9000),the microstructure of LCBR was significantly different,with a glass transition temperature increase of 12 ℃.After replacing BR9000 with LCBR,the Mooney viscosity of compound slightly increased,the processing performance was slightly worse,the physical properties were basically equivalent,and the dynamic mechanical properties were significantly improved. |
