      利用有限元分析对18.00R33工业轮胎带束层结构进行优化设计。根据有限元分析结果,确定带束层优化设计方案为:调整带束层弯曲程度、带束层夹胶厚度为6 mm、3#带束层宽度为15 mm。优化方案轮胎肩部的耐久性能大幅提升。
英文摘要:
      The belt structure of 18.00R33 industrial tire was optimal designed by using finite element analysis.According to the finite element analysis results,the optimized design scheme for the belt was determined as follows:adjusting the degree of belt bending,the thickness of the belt layer clamp was 6 mm,and the width of the3#belt layer was 15 mm.The durability performance of the tire shoulder was greatly improved by the optimized scheme.
