      研究有内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层配方的降本优化。结果表明:通过对气密层配方的生胶体系、补强体系、增塑体系和硫化体系进行优化,胶料的生产成本降低,加工性能和物理性能提高,在保证气密层气密性的同时达到降本增效的预期。
英文摘要:
      The cost reduction optimization of the airtight layer formula of all-steel truck and bus radial tire with inner tube was stuied.The results showed that by optimizing the raw rubber system,reinforcement system,plasticizing system and curing system of the airtight layer formula,the production cost of the compound was reduced,the processing and physical properties were improved,and achieved the expected cost reduction and efficiency improvement while ensuring the airtightness performance of the airtight layer.
