对航空轮胎结构设计时需要重点关注的特殊细节和注意事项进行解读,介绍包括轮胎类型和结构形式的选择、轮胎规格的命名、额定速度和速度级、负荷能力、普通航空轮胎用于直升机、轮胎标识、轮胎规格尺寸增量的确定、充气尺寸、胀大尺寸、最小允许间隙、轮胎着合直径、轮辋尺寸和胎面花纹沟等,以期对航空轮胎的结构设计者有所助益。 |

In this paper,the special details and precautions needed to be focused on the design of aviation tire structure were interpreted.The selection of tire type and structural type,tire specification designation,rated speed and speed level,load capability,general aviation tires used for helicopters,tire identification,determination of tire specification size increment,pneumatic dimension,grown dimension,minimum clearance allowance,diameter at rim,rim dimension,tread groove and so on were introduced,in order to provide help the structural designer of aviation tire. |
