研究裂解炭黑(CBp)部分替代炭黑N660在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明,在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中使用5份CBp等量部分替代炭黑N660对胶料加工性能、物理性能、动态力学性能以及粘合性能均无不良影响;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均达到企业标准要求,且生产成本降低。 |
英文摘要: |
The application of partially replacing carbon black N660 with cracked carbon black(CBp) in carcass compound of steel-belted radical tires was studied. The results showed that,using 5 phr of CBp partly replacing carbon black N660 by equal weight in carcass compound of steel-belted radical tires had no adverse effects on the processing properties,physical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and bonding properties of the compound.The high-speed performance and durability of finished tires met the standards of the enterprise,and the production cost of tires culd be reduced. |
