      对全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶配方进行优化:结果表明,通过调整带束层胶配方的炭黑、粘合体系以及其他助剂品种和用量,使胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间适当延长,自粘性得到改善;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大,生热降低,与钢丝帘线的粘合力明显增大;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The belt compound formula of all-steel radial tire was optimized.The results showed that by adjusting the type and dosage of carbon black,adhesive system and other additives in belt compound formula,the scorching time and vulcanization time of the compound were appropriately extended,and the self adhesiveness was improved.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound increased,the heat build-up decreased,and the adhesive force between the compound and the steel cord was significantly improved.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire were improved.
