| The belt compound formula of all-steel radial tire was optimized.The results showed that by adjusting the type and dosage of carbon black，adhesive system and other additives in belt compound formula，the scorching time and vulcanization time of the compound were appropriately extended，and the self adhesiveness was improved.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the compound increased，the heat build-up decreased，and the adhesive force between the compound and the steel cord was significantly improved.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire were improved. |
