      以205/55R16 91V半钢子午线轮胎为对象,利用有限元分析方法及试验研究胎侧增强部件对子午线轮胎滚动阻力的影响。结果表明,增加胎侧增强部件可降低轮胎的滚动阻力,其中胎侧胶、外护胶、三角胶部件滚动阻力降低最多,且越靠近胎侧增强部件区域,滚动阻力降低越多。
英文摘要:
      Taking 205/55R16 91V steel-belted radial tires as the object,the influence of sidewall reinforcement components on the rolling resistance of radial tires was studied using finite element analysis method and experiments.The results indicated that adding sidewall reinforcement components could reduce the rolling resistance of tires,among which the sidewall compound,outer protective compound,and appex components had the greatest reduction in rolling resistance,and the closer to the sidewall reinforcement component area was,the greater the reduction in rolling resistance was.
