采用转动角阶跃法和有限元分析方法,对轿车子午线轮胎侧向松弛长度的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:轮胎侧向松弛长度随负荷的增大而增大;随充气压力、侧偏角绝对值的增大而减小;随阶跃时间延长、胶料温度的升高略有减小;随行驶速度的增大先减小后趋于稳定;受侧倾角的影响很小。 |

The influencing factors of the lateral relaxation length of passenger car radial tire were studied using the rotational angle step method and finite element analysis method.The results indicated that the lateral relaxation length of the tire increased with the increase of load,decreased with the increase of inflation pressure and the absolute value of lateral deviation angle.As the step time extended and the temperature of the compound increased,the lateral relaxation length of the tire was a slight decrease.As the driving speed increased,the lateral relaxation length of the tire first decreased and then tended to stabilize.The roll angle had little impact on the lateral relaxation length of the tire. |
