      以235/55R19 101H HP1半钢子午线轮胎为例,研究结构设计调整对轮胎静态刚性的影响。结果表明:三角胶高度增大,轮胎径向刚性和横向刚性提高,包络刚性呈降低趋势;带束层角度增大,轮胎径向刚性和包络刚性降低;胎体帘线材质增强,轮胎径向刚性、横向刚性和纵向刚性提高。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/55R19 101H HP1 steel-belted radial tire as an example,the effect of structure design adjustment on the static rigidity of tire was studied.The results showed that as the apex height increased,the radial rigidity and lateral rigidity of the tire increased,while the envelope rigidity showed decreasing trend.As the belt angle increased,the radial rigidity and envelope rigidity of the tire decreasd.When the carcass cord material was reinforced,the radial rigidity,lateral rigidity,and longitudinal rigidity of the tire increased.
