The application of nickel neodecanoate in the belt compound of semi-steeled radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 0.8 phr of cobalt neodecanoate compound,using 0.5 phr of nickel neodecanoate instead of cobalt neodecanoate partially in the belt compound resulted in similar adhesive and physical properties of the compound,and the high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of enterprise standards,and the production cost of tires was reduced. |
