研究液体再生胶(简称LRR)在全钢工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中以LRR替代松香和DCPD树脂,胶料的Fmax和FL-Fmax增大,t10和t90缩短;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力增大,拉断永久变形和撕裂强度减小,压缩生热降低,损耗因子减小,弹性模量、粘性模量、DIN磨耗指数和阿克隆磨耗量增大,抗切割性能下降,Payne效应

The application of liquid recycled rubber(referred to as LRR) in the tread compound of all-steel off-the-road tire was studied.The results showed that by using LRR instead of rosin and DCPD resin in the tread compound ,the Fmax and FL-Fmax of the compound were increased,the t10 and t90 were shortened.The hardness and modulus stress of the vulcanizate were increased,permanent tensile set and tear strength were decreased,compression heat build-up reduced,loss factor decreased,elastic modulus,viscosity modulus,DIN wear index and Akron wear increased,cutting resistance and Payne effect decreased. |
