The application of isomeric polybutadiene elastomer AT400(referred to as AT400)in the shoulder pad compound of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that by replacing natural rubber with AT400 in partial doasge and reducing the amount of carbon black N330 in the shoulder pad compound,the effect on the vulcanization characteristics of the compound and the physical properties of the vulcanizate was smaller,the heat build-up of the compound decreased,and the durability of the finished tire was improved. |
