中文摘要:
      研究间同异构聚丁二烯弹性体AT400(简称AT400)在全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎肩垫胶中以AT400部分替代天然橡胶,并减小炭黑N330用量后,对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能影响较小,胶料的生热降低,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of isomeric polybutadiene elastomer AT400(referred to as AT400)in the shoulder pad compound of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that by replacing natural rubber with AT400 in partial doasge and reducing the amount of carbon black N330 in the shoulder pad compound,the effect on the vulcanization characteristics of the compound and the physical properties of the vulcanizate was smaller,the heat build-up of the compound decreased,and the durability of the finished tire was improved.
