介绍225/45ZR17 94W XL超高性能轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 626 mm,断面宽 234 mm,行驶面宽度 191 mm,行驶面弧度高 8 mm,胎圈着合直径 435.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 206 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/H2 ) 0.95,采用4条纵沟的非对称花纹设计,花纹深度 8 mm,花纹饱和度 70.5%,花纹周节数 72。施工设计:带束层采用2层3×0.28ST超高强度钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2增强型聚酯帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求,轮胎的舒适性、干湿地操纵性能和干湿地制动距离与竞品相当。 |

The design process of 225/45ZR17 94W XL Ultra-high Performance tire was introduced. The profile design values are as follows: overall diameter 626 mm,cross-sectional width 234 mm, longitudinal position ratio of the widest section is 0.95,width of tire crown running surface 191 mm, running surface arc height 7.9 mm.Pattern design:An asymmetrical pattern with 4 longitudinal grooves was determined,with the middle grooves depth 8.0 mm and the outer grooves 7.5mm,block/total ratio70.5% , number of pattern pitches 72.The construction design as follows:using SOT structure with one-step building machine,1000D/2 polyester fiber carcass and 3*0.28ST steel wire belting layer were selected. Using a hot plate curing press to cure tire with saturated steam + nitrogen. A number of tests were performed on finished tires, the indoor performance met the design and standard requirements.Through the evaluation of dry / wet braking, dry / wet handling stability and ride, the tire showed good comprehensive performance, especially the comfort and dry braking performance , which well meet the initial development expectations. |
