      对轿车子午线轮胎在不同温度下的平点进行试验研究。结果表明:轮胎径向波动力(RFV)和纵向波动力(TFV)1阶和2阶谐波分量均随时间的延长逐步衰减,其衰减特性均符合幂函数关系;在初始平点力谐波占比分配中,1阶谐波占比比2阶谐波大,即轮胎的平点特性对轮胎均匀性的1阶径、纵向谐波特性影响较大;轮胎的平点力谐波衰减主要发生在前5 min内,生成平点的温度和平点试验环境温度对平点力谐波衰减速率影响较大,不同温度下生成的永久变形力不同,即温度对轮胎平点的生成和恢复有重要的影响。
英文摘要:
      The flat spot experiments of passenger car radial tire at different temperatures were studied.The results showed that the first and second harmonic components of radial wave force(RFV) and tangential wave force(TFV) of tire gradually decayed with time,and their attenuation characteristics followed power function relationships.In the distribution of initial flat spot force harmonic,the proportion of the first harmonic was greater than that of the second harmonic,indicating that the flat spot characteristics of the tire had a significant impact on the first order radial and tangential harmonic characteristics of tire uniformity.The flat spot harmonic attenuation of tires mainly occured in the first 5 minutes.The temperature at which flat spots were generated and the temperature of the flat spot experiment environment had a significant impact on the attenuation rate of flat spot harmonic.The permanent deformation forces generated at different temperatures were different,indicating that temperature had an important impact on the generation and recovery of flat spots in tires.
