      介绍免充气空心轮胎的设计思路。结构设计包括空腔结构设计、有限元分析和动力学方法、力学分析结合试验检测方法;配方设计包括无机粒子/橡胶复合材料的补强新机制、改性高分散白炭黑的应用、高性能低生热高导热高分子复合材料等。指出现有免充气空心轮胎材料的应用和配比研究还只能使其在中低速车辆上应用,未来将加大在中高速车辆上应用的研发力度。
英文摘要:
      The design idea of non-pneumatic hollow tire was introduced.Structure design included cavity structure design,finite element analysis and dynamic method,mechanical analysis combined with test detection method.The formula design included the new reinforcement mechanism of inorganic particles/rubber composites,the application of modified highly dispersed silica,and high performance,low heat build-up and high thermal conductivity polymer composites.It was pointed out that the application and formula research of existing non-pneumatic hollow tire materials could only be applied to medium and low speed vehicles.In the future,research and development would be increased in the application of medium and high speed vehicles.
