研究环保锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶和胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:随着环保锌用量的增大,胶料的交联密度增大,t90延长,抗硫化返原性能提高;采用环保锌等量替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的加工安全性和抗硫化返原性能提高,物理性能良好,同时可降低轮胎使用中的环境污染。 |

The application of environmentally-friendly zinc in the tread ompound and sidewall compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of environmentally-friendly zinc,the crosslinking density of the compound increased,the t90 prolonged,and the anti-reversion property improved.By replacing indirect zinc oxide with environmentally-friendly zinc in equal doasge,the processing safety and anti-reversion property of the compound were increased,the physical properties were good and the environmental pollution in the use of tires could be reduced. |
