      测试商用车用12R22.5 CST113A低滚动阻力轮胎产品的实际道路耗油量,并探讨轮胎滚动阻力系数与油耗量的关联性。采用车队安装节油轮胎前后油耗量对比的方法进行测试,并与国内某品牌G轮胎对比,整车安装22条轮胎,使用欧曼GTL同一辆车循环测试;测试期间为同一驾驶员,测试路线为荣成收费站至莱西收费站,往返1次作为1次有效测试,每组轮胎往返2次;轮胎安装TPMS智慧系统,监控胎压和胎温等信息;使用V-BOX、红外热成像仪等测试设备进行数据收集。结果表明:12R22.5 CST113A低滚动阻力轮胎的百公里耗油量较G轮胎降低4.9 L,降低比例为11.9%;推导出轮胎滚动阻力系数与耗油量的关联性为滚动阻力系数每降低10%,耗油量降低3.7%。
英文摘要:
      The actual road fuel consumption of 12R22.5 CST113A low rolling resistance tire for commercial vehicle was tested,and the correlation between rolling resistance coefficient and fuel consumption was discussed.The method of comparing fuel consumption before and after installing fuel saving tires in the fleet was adopted for testing,and compared with domestic G brand tires.The whole vehicle was equipped with 22 tires,and the same vehicle of Oman GTL was used for cycle testing.During the test,the same driver would be assigned.The test route would be from Rongcheng Toll Station to Laixi Toll Station.One round trip would be considered as one valid test.Each group of tires would have two round trips.TPMS intelligent system was installed on the tires to monitor tire pressure,tire temperature and other information.Using V-BOX,infrared thermal imager and other test equipment to collect data.The results showed that,the 100 km fuel consumption of 12R22.5 CST113A low rolling resistance tire was 4.9 L,lower than that of G tire,with a reduction ratio of 11.9%.The correlation between tire rolling resistance coefficient and fuel consumption was deduced as follows:when the rolling resistance coefficient decreased by 10%,the fuel consumption decreased by 3.7%.
