介绍橡胶轮胎用耐迁移型胺类防老剂的类型、分子结构、作用机理及应用效果。反应型防老剂含有反应活性基团,可以与橡胶网络发生化学反应,从而具备不迁移、不挥发、不抽出等特点;大分子型防老剂可通过适当增大相对分子质量来降低其在橡胶中的迁移速率;填料表面接枝型防老剂可将小分子防老剂接枝在橡胶填料的表面,提高其耐迁移性,同时提升填料在胶料中的分散性;纳米载体负载型防老剂借助物理作用将小分子防老剂负载到纳米载体中,在增强耐迁移性能的同时能够最大程度上保持其原有的防老化作用。 |

The type,molecular structure,action mechanism and application effect of migration-resistant amine antioxidant for rubber tire were introduced.Reactive antioxidant contained reactive active groups and could react with rubber network chemically,so it had the characteristics of non-migration,non-volatilization and non-extraction.Macromolecular antioxidant could reduce its migration rate in rubber by appropriately increasing its relative molecular weight.The grafted antioxidant on the filler surface could graft the small-molecule antioxidant on the surface of the rubber filler,improve its migration resistance and dispersion of the filler in the rubber compound.The nano-carrier loaded antioxidant loaded the small-molecule antioxidant into the nano-carrier by physical action,which could enhance the migration resistance while maintaining its original anti-aging effect to the greatest extent. |
