      对橡胶轮胎防老化致污染变色机理、评价方法和研究进展进行综述,重点介绍胺类防老剂污染变色研究现状。防护蜡与橡胶的溶解度问题是造成喷霜的根本原因;通过多种测试分析技术可定性定量研究防护蜡喷霜现象,设计防护蜡碳数分布、晶体大小、耐高温性和用量可改善轮胎喷霜;防老剂致轮胎污染变色主要与其易被氧化变色有关,防老剂复配、引入新的骨架结构或其他活性防护基团是改善胺类防老剂致轮胎变色的有效手段。
英文摘要:
      The mechanism,evaluation methods and research progress of anti-aging discoloration of rubber tires were reviewed,with emphasis on the research status of amine antioxidant discoloration.The solubility of protective wax and rubber was the root cause of the spray.Through a variety of test analysis technologies,the spray phenomenon of protective wax could be qualitatively and quantitatively studied,and the carbon number distribution,crystal size,high temperature resistance and dosage of protective wax could be designed to solve the tire frost spraying.The discoloration of tire caused by anti-aging agent was mainly related to its easy oxidation discoloration.The antioxidant combination,introduction of new skeleton structure and the other active protective groups were effective means to improve the discoloration of tires caused by amine antiagers
