      本研究开发了数字化轮胎结构设计软件,实现了轮胎材料本构关系曲线拟合、几何参数化建模、帘线增强橡胶有限元建模以及轮胎的充气与接触分析。使用开发软件对1270×455 R22航空子午线轮胎进行充气分析,并与商业软件计算结果进行对比,验证了所开发软件的计算精度。
英文摘要:
      A structure design software for digital tire was developed.The software included the curve fitting for tire material constitutive relation,geometric parametric modeling,cord reinforced rubber finite element modeling,tire inflation and contact analysis.The inflatable finite element calculation of 1270×455 R22 aircraft radial tire was carried out by the developed software,and compared with commercial software result,which verified the calculation accuracy of the developed software.
