      介绍轮胎厂硫化车间蒸汽的节能应用改造工作。通过将外压蒸汽排凝方式由传统的定时排凝改为液位排凝加温度和压力不正常时强制排凝及优化高压蒸汽非硫化状态排凝方式等,借助能源管理系统和MES系统加强能源管理,取得了较为明显的节能效果。同时通过现场蒸汽漏点治理,降低了生产现场温度及噪声,改善了生产环境。本改造工作可为轮胎厂在蒸汽节能方面提供一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要:
      The modifacations on energy-saving application of steam in vulcanization workshop of tire factory were introduced.Through the change of the external pressure steam condensate drainage mode from the traditional timed condensate drainage to the liquid level condensate drainage+forced condensate drainage when the temperature and pressure were abnormal,and optimization of high-pressure steam condensate drainage mode during non vulcanization state,the significant energy-saving effect was achieved with the help of the energy management system and the MES system to strengthen the energy management.At the same time,the on-site temperature and noise were reduced to improve the working environment through the on-site steam leakage control.This modifacation work could provide some reference for tire factory in steam energy saving.
