      对轿车轮胎耐撞击性能试验进行研究,探讨轮胎耐撞击性能的主要影响因素,为轿车轮胎耐撞击性能评价方法的完善提供大量有价值的数据。根据GB/T 38528—2020对轮胎耐撞击因子(f)的规定,参加摆锤撞击试验的轮胎的耐撞击性能总体达标率为66.1%;按照轮胎系列(高宽比)来确定f不够科学,轮胎断面高是耐撞击性能最重要的影响因素,建议以轮胎断面高来确定f;实车撞击与摆锤撞击试验结果相关性研究表明,摆锤撞击试验得到的f与实车撞击试验中轮胎损坏时速度之间存在一定的相关性,可以采用摆锤撞击试验方法评价轮胎耐撞击性能。
英文摘要:
      The impact resistance test of passenger car tire was studied,the main influencing factors of tire impact resistance were explored,and a large amount of valuable data for the improvement of evaluation methods for the impact resistance of passenger car tire was provided.According to the provisions of GB/T 38528—2020 on the impact resistance factor(f) of tires,the overall compliance rate of the impact resistance of tires participating in the pendulum impact test was 66.1%.The determination of f based on the tire series (aspect ratio) was not scientific enough.The cross-section height was the most important factor affecting the impact resistance,and it was recommended to determine the f value based on cross-section height.The research results on the correlation between real vehicle impact and pendulum impact test results indicated that there was a certain correlation between the f value obtained from indoor pendulum impact test and the speed at which the tire was damaged during the real vehicle impact test.The pendulum impact test method could be used to evaluate the tire’s impact resistance.
