      研究间苯二酚、间甲树脂、酚醛树脂3种粘合促进剂在全钢子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:间苯二酚硫化胶邵尔A型硬度和定伸应力较大,酚醛树脂和间甲树脂硫化胶的撕裂强度和拉断伸长率较大;酚醛树脂硫化胶与钢丝帘线的初始抽出力较高,老化后,间苯二酚和间甲树脂硫化胶与钢丝帘线的抽出力和保持率较高;酚醛树脂硫化胶压缩生热和60 ℃时的损耗因子明显高于间苯二酚和间甲树脂硫化胶,在实际生产中,应根据原料特性与应用性能调整配方与优化工艺,以获得最佳的综合性能。
英文摘要:
      The application of three adhesion accelerators,namely resorcinol,resorcinol resin,and phenolic resin in the carcass of all steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that the Shore A hardness and tensile stress of resorcinol vulcanizate were higher,while the tear strength and elongation at break of phenolic resin and resorcinol resin vulcanizate were higher.The initial extraction force of phenolic resin vulcanizate and steel wire cord was relatively high,and the extraction force and retention rate of resorcinol and resorcinol resin vulcanizate and steel wire cord were relatively high after aging.The compression heat generation and loss factor of phenolic resin vulcanizate at 60 ℃ were significantly higher than those of resorcinol and methyl resin vulcanizate.In actual production,the formula and process should be adjusted and optimized based on the characteristics of raw materials and application performance to obtained the best comprehensive performance.
