| 研究绿色环保塑分剂FNP-60A在半钢轮胎胎面胶配方中的应用。结果表明：加入绿色环保塑分剂FNP-60A，胶料门尼粘度降低效果接近加入脂肪酸锌的胶料，与国外同类产品胶料相比稍有优势；对胶料的硫化性能、焦烧时间、动态力学性能影响不大，与脂肪酸锌和国外同类产品接近；对胶料的拉断伸长率和耐屈挠性能有明显提升效果。绿色环保塑分剂FNP-60A的使用可以减小胶料中的锌含量，有利于环保。 |

| The application of green environment-friendly plasticizer FNP-60A in the tread compound formula of steel-belted tire was studied.The results showed that adding green environment-friendly plasticizer FNP-60A，the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased，which was closed to the effect of zinc fatty acid soap plasticizer compound，and had slight advantages compared with similar foreign products compound.It had little effect on the vulcanization characteristics，scorch time and dynamic mechanical properties of compound，and was closed to zinc fatty acid and similar foreign products.The elongation at break and flexural resistance of the compound were obviously improved.The use of green environment-friendly plasticizer FNP-60A could reduce the zinc content in the compound，which was beneficial to environmental protection. |
