中文摘要:
      研究高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶(VCR)、炭黑、补强树脂、硫黄和促进剂对缺气保用轮胎支撑胶性能的影响。结果表明:在支撑胶中增大炭黑或硫黄的用量,胶料的交联密度增大;VCR、炭黑、补强树脂、促进剂和硫黄用量的增大均可提高硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力,炭黑用量的增大可提高硫化胶的拉伸强度和抗破坏能力,但硫黄用量的增大则导致硫化胶的拉伸强度下降;VCR、炭黑及补强树脂用量增大在提高硫化胶硬度的同时均导致生热增大,促进剂和硫黄用量增大在提高硫化胶硬度的同时可降低生热,减小终动压缩率;增大VCR或炭黑用量不会对硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能产生不利影响,增大补强树脂用量可提高硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能,但增大促进剂或硫黄用量会降低硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of high cis-polybutadiene rubber(VCR),carbon black,reinforcing resin,sulfur and accelerator on the properties of the support compound for run-flat tire was studied.The results showed that by increasing the dosage of carbon black or sulfur in the support compound,the crosslinking density of the compound increased.The increase of the dosage of VCR,carbon black,reinforcing resin,accelerator and sulfur could improve the hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate,the increase of the dosage of carbon black could improve the tensile strength and damage resistance of the vulcanizate,but the increase of the dosage of sulfur would lead to the decrease of the tensile strength of the vulcanizate.The increase of the dosage of VCR,carbon black and reinforcing resin could increase the hardness of the vulcanizate and at the same time reduce the heat build-up and the final dynamic compression rate.The increase of the dosage of accelerator and sulfur could increase the hardness of the vulcanizate and at the same time reduce the heat build-up and the final dynamic compression rate.Increasing the dosage of VCR or carbon black would not adversely affect the flexural fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate,increasing the dosage of reinforcing resin could improve the flexural fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate,but increasing the dosage of accelerant or sulfur would reduce the flexural fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate.
