| 介绍轮胎耐久性试验机理，重点对比分析中国和美国的轻型载重轮胎耐久性试验标准差异及各自的特点。轮胎生热、垂直方向形变、行驶速度和橡胶老化均会影响其耐久性能；耐久性试验可分为室外测试法和室内测试法；中国和美国标准的轻型载重轮胎耐久性试验测试速度相当，前者的负荷和温度条件更苛刻，充气压力更高，更考验高充气压力时胎肩的耐久性能，后者更考验低充气压力时胎圈的耐久性能；一般轻型载重轮胎需要同时通过中国和美国标准规定的轮胎耐久性测试；可以根据产品性能目标，设计合适的耐久性试验条件进行验证。 |

| This paper introduced the durability test mechanism of tire，and focused on the comparative analysis of the differences and respective characteristics of the durability tests of light truck and bus tire between China standard and the United States standard.Tire heat build-up，vertical deformation，driving speed and rubber aging would affect its durability.Durability test could be divided into outdoor test method and indoor test method.The speed of tire durability test in China standard and the United States standard was the same，the former had more stringent load and temperature conditions，higher inflation pressure，which tested the durability of shoulder at high inflation pressure，and the latter tested the durability of bead at low inflation pressure.General light truck and bus tires needed to pass the tire durability test of China standard and the United States standard at the same time.It could be verified by designing appropriate durability tests conditions according to the product performance objectives. |
